Manhas is a highly accomplished Solicitor, accredited by the Law Society Mental Health and Mental Capacity panel schemes, with a wealth of expertise in advocating for patients at First-tier Tribunal and in the Court of protection.

He has extensive experience in advising and assisting patients detained under civil and forensic sections of the Mental Health Act 1983 as well as a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health law. He is dedicated to protecting the rights of his clients.

Manhas is regularly instructed to represent P in the Court of Protection and has a wealth of expertise in difficult matters brought before the Court.

Manhas is an avid Tennis and Golf Player and enjoys playing on weekends at his local club. He also regularly follows the ATP and WTA tours as well as the PGA tour. Manhas has a keen interest in History and Philosophy and is an accomplished chess player.
