Jade is a highly skilled Mental Health and Capacity Solicitor who has over a decade of experience. She possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas of Mental Health law.
Jade has been representing clients before the First-tier Tribunal (Mental health) since 2013 and is a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Scheme.
Jade also advises on deprivation of liberty, capacity and best interests.
She regularly provides expert advice on complex mental health cases and assists clients who are detained under forensic and civil sections of the Act. Jade is also able to assist with Hospital Managers Hearings and Section 117 Meetings.

Personal Interests and Activities
Jade has a keen interest in running, gardening and interior design. She regularly participates in 5k and 10k locally and is training for marathon running nationally. She hopes to support mental health charities at the London Marathon in the future. Her pride and joy is her rescue dog Arya without whom she is rarely seen.
