Vishna is a Paralegal in our Mental Health Department and specialises in all aspects of Mental Health Law. Vishna is based in our Richmond office.

She has experience working with patients who are subject to the Mental Health Act 1983 and provides legal assistance with preparation for Tribunal Hearings. Having worked on both criminal and civil section cases, she has gained an insight into the interaction of the Criminal Justice System and Mental Health System and how these play a pivotal role in achieving justice in society.

Vishna is passionate about this area of law and dedicated to help protect the rights of her clients.
